You need a property management company on the Peninsula you can trust when referring homeowners. We will pay your brokerage $1000 per homeowner referral once the tenant has been placed. A few small stipulations apply. Although we do want to grow, we want to grow with the right clients. A qualified lead is a homeowner that owns a class A or B property, and will abide by our minimum property standards. So basically, no slumlords :-). We manage homes in Hampton, Newport News, Yorktown, Williamsburg, Toano, and Carrollton.

Submit your referral by filling out the referral form! Once submitted, the clients info, as well as your firms info will be uploaded into our CRM. We will email you periodic updates as the lead progresses through our sales process. Thank you for trusting us!
